We offer a choice of compact kitchen styles, all built with high-quality finishes, integrated appliances and efficient storage.
All lodges come with a fully fitted shower room, complete with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Designed to be safe, practical and easy to use.
Each bedroom includes a sliding door wardrobe with shelving and drawers. These help you make the most of your space and keep the room tidy.
To save space in the shower room, the toilet and sink are combined into one unit. These are available in a selection of finishes to suit your style.
We install chrome electric showers with safety features, including thermostatic controls and a maximum temperature stop.
All lodges include slimline electric radiators with 7-day programmable controls. This gives you full control over heating and helps keep running costs low.
A range of hard-wearing laminate flooring options is available. All are water-resistant, easy to clean and designed for everyday use.
Internal walls and ceilings are plastered smooth for a traditional finish. There are no plastic panels or trims, so you can decorate just like any other room in your home.
LED downlights are installed throughout the lodge. We also include outside lights with PIR sensors by the entrance for added security and visibility.
Some lodge designs include flyover roofs to provide shelter at the entrance or along one side of the lodge. A practical addition for all-weather use.
Sliding doors are included with all wardrobes and can be used internally if needed. They help save space and offer easy access in more compact layouts.

Every Garden Lodge is manufactured using structural insulated panels (SIPs) for the main structure. These panels are strong, reliable and make the process faster and more efficient.
Lodges are manufactured in two sections, transported to your property and assembled on site.
SIPs provide excellent thermal performance, helping to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature throughout the year. This keeps heating needs low and helps reduce your energy bills.
We use a mix of fibre cement and PVC wood-effect cladding for a smart, low-maintenance finish. Roof trims, fascias and soffits are made from tough PVC, aluminium or steel, manufactured to last through all seasons.
Every lodge comes with secure PVCu windows and doors fitted with 28mm argon-filled sealed units. These meet high energy efficiency standards and are designed to keep your lodge warm, quiet and secure.
Flat-roof models are finished with a seamless EPDM membrane for long-term weather protection. Tapco slate tiles are used as standard on our pitched-roof models.
All our garden lodges are supported above the ground on screw-piles. This allows for air flow below the structure and the insertion of lifting cradles or straps should the lodge need to be moved in the future. The screw-piles can be unscrewed.
