Walk-In Shower Room
Includes a spacious shower area with sunken tray, high-quality fittings and accessible layout.
SIPs Construction
The whole lodge is manufactured using structurally insulated panels for year-round warmth and a solid, long-lasting structure.
Screw-Piles
Installed quickly and cleanly with minimal disruption to the garden.
Full Service Connection
Connected to mains electricity, water and foul drainage, with all trenching and reinstatement handled by our team.
Electrical Certification
Tested and signed off by a qualified electrician with a Part P certificate provided.

Internal Fit Out
Partitions, electrics, kitchen, wardrobes and plumbing installed as per plan.

Finishes and Testing
Skimming, flooring and skirting completed, followed by service testing and certification.

Final Handover
The lodge is signed off and left ready for decoration, furnishing and day-to-day living.
