We only use SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) for our garden buildings. These panels create a strong and energy-efficient structure that goes up quickly and lasts for decades. The external roof and wall finishes are made from fire-rated, low maintenance materials. Doors and windows come with A-rated glazing and strong, weatherproof frames.
Our garden rooms are designed with an eaves height of 2.5 metres to comply with permitted development rules. So, in many cases planning permission is not needed.
However, if the garden room is used for sleeping or you are in a conservation area planning permission is required. Don’t worry we take care of the whole process.
