Steel Clad Garden Annexe

Steel clad garden annexe with one bedroom, finished in Juniper green galvanised steel. It sits close to the property boundary, so building control required fire-rated cladding. It has oak windows, doors and fascia. Inside there’s a living room with a hideaway kitchen and a double bedroom with an en-suite. If your annexe needs to go near a boundary, we design for the fire regulations from the start. See our products and finishes or read about planning permission for granny annexes.
