Every kitchen includes integrated Hotpoint appliances as standard, fitted and ready to use. Depending on the kitchen layout and available space, we can also include a washing machine, tumble dryer, washer-dryer or dishwasher.
For customers looking for a higher specification, NEFF appliances are available as an optional upgrade.

Yes. Our granny annexes and garden lodges include a professionally fitted kitchen as part of your fixed-price quotation. You can choose the layout, finishes and kitchen options during the design process, so you know exactly what is included before your build begins.
Our fitted kitchens include Hotpoint appliances as standard, including an oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor and fridge freezer. The exact appliances will depend on your chosen kitchen design and specification.
If you prefer, NEFF appliances are also available as an optional upgrade.

Yes. We can include built-in sliding-door wardrobes in your garden annexe, with internal drawers and shelving designed to suit your chosen size and layout.
Yes. A fully fitted bathroom or shower room is included in our garden annexes and granny annexes. You can choose from a range of finishes and shower panels to suit your style, with accessibility options also available if required.
Our buildings include Ecostrad iQ Ceramic electric radiators as standard, providing efficient heating with both smart and manual controls. Bathrooms and shower rooms also include an Ecostrad Cube iQ heated towel rail.
Both can be controlled manually or through their Wi-Fi-enabled smart controls.
Yes. Our Ecostrad iQ Ceramic radiators and Cube iQ heated towel rails have Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to control your heating from a smartphone app. They can also work with compatible smart home assistants, including Alexa and Google Home.
Alternatively, you can control the heating manually without using the app.
Yes. Our bathrooms and shower rooms include an Ecostrad Cube iQ electric heated towel rail as standard. It provides warmth for the room while also keeping your towels warm and dry.
Yes. Fastwarm underfloor heating is available as an optional extra for your garden annexe. It works well beneath suitable laminate flooring and provides comfortable, even warmth throughout the room.
